I’m extremely disappointed with ASFINAG. I purchased a valid vignette for driving in Austria and had all the necessary documentation to prove it — the physical sticker, the receipt, everything. Despite this, I was fined.When I contacted them and showed all the evidence, their response was shockingly dismissive: “It doesn’t matter, the camera flagged it as invalid.” no willingness to investigate, just to pay €120, fine.It’s frustrating to deal with such rigid bureaucracy and people, especially when you’ve done everything. This experience has left a bitter taste and made me reconsider driving through Austria again.
