I am writing this review to warn future customers about my experience with ASH New York.Despite the 'New York' name and the high-quality product images on their website, my order was a complete disappointment and involved what I consider to be misleading business practices.1. The material was cheap and construction was sub-par, clearly a low-cost item being sold at a premium price.2. Misleading Origin: My package was shipped directly from China, as evidenced by the tracking information and shipping labels. The company gives the strong impression of being a US-based, high-end New York entity, which is false based on my order's origin.3. Resolution Process: After a lengthy and difficult process, the company offered only a partial refund (20% in my case) to resolve the issue, demonstrating an unwillingness to stand behind their product or branding.I advise anyone considering purchasing from 'ASH New York' to exercise extreme caution and fully investigate their claims regarding product quality and company location before making a purchase.
