We do not offer a free return service, nor do we have a department store in the USA; we operate from China. We value our ecological process, which is why we have one central warehouse. Returning elsewhere could lead to package destruction and no refund. Alternatively, you can keep the item and receive a 10% refund." So, returning it means shipping it to China, costing $15 to $30. I reported this company to the appropriate authorities, and others should too.
