Just a follow up after Ash Team responded to my original review and asked me to contact them again for a "propre assistance". So I took a screenshot of my review along with their respond asking what would be their attempt to make a propre assistance rather than refunded my 10% of my money, which has already been done. This is what they said, "Thank you for getting back to us. We would like to confirm that you have already accepted the 10% partial refund, and it has been processed from our side. You should see the refund credited to the card used for your order within 7 to 14 days. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out". And I responded to this with "That`s exactly what I put into words for my review. I don`t know why the response asked me to contact you again, acting like you would make efforts to make it better".Then never heard from the team again. And, I will never make a purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
