Ordered a coat. Got an email saying it was shipped. Tracked it for 3 weeks, said it hadn’t shipped yet. Sent an email to cancel it. They confirmed cancellation. 2 weeks later I got a shipped email. No refund. Contacted them again asking for my refund. They said no (after they promised a refund). 2 weeks later, still no coat, still no refund.
