Product is very poor quality. I didn’t realize they were shipped directly from China. Order took a long time to arrive. I had ordered boots that arrived bubble wrapped and a strong chemical smell. The fit was all wrong and were like 2 sizes too big. I reached out to them to return my purchase for a full refund. They honor returns and refunds but you have to pay for the shipping back to China and the cost is the same as the cost of the boots. They offered me a 15% refund and I would be able to keep the boots. I’m so upset for not finding this site with accurate reviews for this Ash New York company
