I ordered a M leather jacket as a gift and they sent me XL jeans. When I emailed support about the order, they said I could return it to their warehouse in China (shipping would be over $100-200 when I only spent $50 on the leather jacket initially) or they would offer me a 10% refund of the total value of my order. Huge scam
