DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. They advertise giving the impression they are in New York. They are not this is a Chinese company. Did not find out until I got the “label created” shipping information. When I realized they were in China I emailed and demanded they confirm that I really did purchase leather shoes as they advertised. They made me wait and confirmed they were “pigskin”. I was told I could not get a refund because it had been more than 15 minutes after ordering. It is now November 6 (I purchased on 10/24) still has not shipped. Was told three days ago “they will expedite” as they have “back orders”. If that is the case why they fraudulently give the impression that it was awaiting pick up. Going to file a fraud complaint with my bank.
