I ordered a jacket from AshNewYork, and my experience was very disappointing. Two reasons: First, the sizing was way off—the jacket fit at least two sizes smaller than advertised (XL fit like a M). What made things worse is that the return policy wasn’t clearly stated on the website. Only after contacting them did I learn that I would have to pay international return shipping to China, which ends up costing almost as much as the jacket itself.If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware of the sizing issues and know that returns are not simple or inexpensive. I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
