Worst store I have yet to buy from. The boots that I bought took over 10 days to come and the smell was so BAD that I had to take them out of the house. They are cheap plastic boots at best. When I sent them as email to return this was one of the things they told me besides I would have to pay to shipping and custom fees to get a refund."Here we can refund (10%) of your total order value to your payment method. (Klarna, Paypal or CreditCard) Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. Don't tell me where I can give it to and then offer me a 10% refund. This is bad business practice. Stay far away from this company, what they show on their website is not what you get.
