For my item it was $230 shipping to return the item. The item itself was only $100. They don't even want their product back but offered first 20% then 30% for me to keep the item. No. I need a full refund given the misleading and fraudulent marketing on their website regarding their returns. their response below makes it seem like i haven't been emailing them daily looking to resolve this issue. the only thing they have offered to do is provide me a 30% refund because they know i cannot spend more than double the cost of the product to china and they are unwilling to update their webpage to not be misleading and fraudulent for their customers. their goal, if you're unsatisfied, is to keep your money. they dont want their low quality merchandise back.
