The sizing on my shoes was completely wrong. They advertise no hassle returns and pretend to be a US brand, but fail to disclose that you have to ship your returns back to China (with a $10 admin fee), which obviously costs more than their poorly made shoes. I will chalk this up to lesson learned about making a purchase from an unknown company. Should have read these reviews first!
