Wrong size, poor quality, not European quality, all from China, appears to be false advertising, appears to be false return policy, appears to be false customer service policy.Ordered size 7. They sent shoes with a sticker on the bottom indicating size 40, which is 9-10. The shoes were huge and obviously could not be worn. The shoes were sent from China wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic bag. Received damaged. These are not European shoes as advertised. They were damaged and with a poor, stinky dye job. I doubt leather. Horrid smell. No size or brand actually imprinted anywhere on product. Just the size sticker on bottom. Their freereturn policy is also false advertising. It is a hoax. Extreme cost to mail back toChina with a $10 fee ontop of it. I doubt you will ever see a refund. They would not even send correct size even though I provided photos. Called number on website and there is a message indicating they are on summer break (in October). Noone actually answers and you cannot leave message. BUYER BEWARE.
