I ordered a pair of shoes, and even though they said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days, they took nearly four weeks to arrive. When they did, they were the wrong size (an 8.5 instead of a 6). I contacted customer service to return them, and I was told I am responsible for all return shipping costs as well as customs clearance fees or taxes to CHINA. AND, they're taking a 10% off of my refund. They suggested I give them to a friend instead. What a scam of a company!
