I purchased a 3XL jacket for my boyfriend, expecting it to arrive within the promised 10 business days, but it took 20 days instead. When it finally came, the quality was acceptable, but the sizing was completely off. Labeled as a 3XL, it fit more like a medium; even I, who wear a large, found it too small. I reached out to the support team to initiate a return and request a refund due to the sizing issue. Unfortunately, their response was unsatisfactory. They informed me that because their warehouse is in another country and to be “eco-friendly,” they prefer not to accept returns to minimize CO2 emissions. Instead, they suggested I keep the jacket and offered only a 10% refund. If I wanted a full refund, I would have to cover the shipping costs myself. At that point, it didn’t make sense to return it, as the shipping fees would surpass the refund amount. The entire situation felt misleading, with incorrect sizing, lengthy shipping times, and inadequate customer support. In summary, I cannot recommend this company. The sizing is inconsistent, and their return policy places all the burden on the customer. Moreover, I still have not received the refund they assured me was processed on December 8, 2025.
