I would give zero stars if possible. Firstly, the service is misleading about its origins. Despite listing a New York address, it operates out of China. They claim delivery within 7-10 business days, which is unrealistic given the shipping distance from China, resulting in a late order. Returns are at the customer's expense and must be sent back to China, requiring a return form requested via email. The colors do not match what was advertised, and the quality is questionable. I regret not researching this further before placing my order.
