I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, upon seeing a negative review. Customer support informed me that the order was already in progress. I placed my order on December 23 and received it on January 8. The dress does not resemble the image and is made from low-quality polyester. At least the color is correct. I have requested a return but have not received a response from the company. Update: I received an email regarding the return. The company offered to refund only 10% of my total order value to my payment method. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
