I purchased three Chino pants from A&E. After only two washes these pants looked like flour sacks. Also, the threads were unraveling on each pant in several places. I contacted customer service to return all three pants for a store credit, but the company only offered me either 25% off my next purchase or $50 in total (I paid over $300 for the three pants on sale). They were willing to replace the pants due to the unraveling thread issue but I am not pleased with the quality of these pants and would never wear them again, so I declined. I love the sizing of A&E clothing but I am very disappointed in the quality of their clothing and the rigid customer service. I will no longer buy from A&E as I don't feel valued as a customer and they don't stand behind their products outside of the 30 day window.
