A poorly made jacket arrived with sleeves that were much too short. When I requested a return, the representative initially claimed they couldn't provide the address. Later, they mentioned a return location in another country, which coincidentally I would be visiting, yet they still wouldn’t share the address. They offered a small refund while insisting I keep the jacket, which I declined. They then proposed a slightly larger refund, but it never materialized. They blame my bank's processing time, but it has been over 21 working days, so I've come to accept I won't see my money. I attempted to reach out to the platform hosting their site, but contacting them is nearly impossible. Just be cautious with both.
