I can confirm the reviews here are accurate. The boots I received were not as depicted and looked cheap, with a malfunctioning zipper. They eventually offered a partial refund, but it never came through. I didn't want the defective boots! I was told returning them would cost a significant fee, but they won't provide a return address. Please steer clear!
