Unsatisfactory Aftercare Experience

I was let down by the service from the main dealer after purchasing my vehicle through another dealership. The booking process was lengthy, and it was nearly impossible to get a courtesy car. Upon arrival for my appointments, I encountered issues with the waiting area amenities and received no updates about my vehicle's status. The aftercare service has been disappointing, leading me to reconsider future purchases.
