Exceptional Selling Experience

We are extremely satisfied with the selling process; everything from the sale to the handover was outstanding. However, we were somewhat let down by the GT Line model, as it lacked several features we enjoyed in our previous mid-range vehicle, such as a height-adjustable passenger seat, proximity sensors, 'follow me home' front lights, ambient interior lighting, and a premium sound system. These omissions have been noticeable so far.

Disappointing Service Experience

My two-and-a-half-year-old vehicle broke down recently. After picking it up from the company, I found the communication lacking. While the technicians were competent, I believe better management could enhance the overall experience. It was challenging to reach the service department, and my car was returned dirty despite undergoing a scheduled service.
