If there were a -5 rating, I would definitely give it to you. Two drawers of the cabinet were broken. Why didn’t you check them before loading? How is this customer service, sending damaged items and making me spend so much time waiting for them to be repaired? This feels like fraud. Secondly, you delivered a mattress with a hole. If your delivery team is not professional, why should the customer bear the loss? It’s clear the mattress was damaged during moving. All your services are terrible, and I deeply regret my purchase.
