Misleading Stock Claims - Disrupted Holiday Plans

I am extremely disappointed with the service from the company. When I bought my bedroom set, the store manager assured me they had "plenty in stock" and that delivering the complete set by my deadline would be no issue. I specifically required this set for out-of-town guests during the holiday season.
The Series of Issues:
• 12/19/25: The night before my delivery, I got a message saying my headboard "did not arrive." I was asked to accept a partial delivery, despite their assurance that it was available when I made the purchase.
• The Delay: I was informed that the headboard was on "extended delay" until December 27th—after my guests had already arrived.
• 12/28/25: It is now a day past that new deadline, and I still do not have a complete bed.
• Damaged Items: To add to the frustration, when some parts for the headboard finally arrived, they were visibly damaged. I am left with broken pieces and an incomplete bed while my guests are staying with me.
Lack of Responsibility: I contacted them to express how disappointing and inconvenient this situation is. Even after discussing with another manager, the only solution provided was a refund on the delivery fees. Unfortunately, that charge still hasn’t been reversed.
This feels like a typical bait-and-switch: assuring the customer that it’s in stock to make the sale, then failing to deliver when it counts. With the misleading stock claims, damaged items, and a complete lack of accountability from management, this has been a dreadful experience. If you have a strict deadline or expect transparency, I recommend avoiding this company.

Unpleasant Experience – Never Buying Here Again

I spent hours in the store carefully selecting furniture for my home. They placed my order, but later I discovered several items were missing, and they had added a protection plan I never agreed to. I returned to the store, they re-did my order, and supposedly fixed everything. Then came the delivery nightmare. I lost a day of work waiting for my furniture. They split my order into two deliveries—one arrived, but the second was pushed back by weeks. After complaining, they scheduled another delivery, but once again, the truck never showed up on time. I received a call saying my order had been split again, and I would have to wait even longer—still without a bed and mattress. I’ve been sleeping on the floor for weeks, waiting for the bed and mattress I paid for. They sold me items they don’t actually have in stock and are holding customers hostage for weeks just to complete a delivery. This experience has caused me financial loss, and the constant delays have been incredibly stressful. I will never buy from here again.

Extremely Disappointing Service

If there were a -5 rating, I would definitely give it to you. Two drawers of the cabinet were broken. Why didn’t you check them before loading? How is this customer service, sending damaged items and making me spend so much time waiting for them to be repaired? This feels like fraud. Secondly, you delivered a mattress with a hole. If your delivery team is not professional, why should the customer bear the loss? It’s clear the mattress was damaged during moving. All your services are terrible, and I deeply regret my purchase.

Misleading Delivery Service

Ordered an adjustable base and bed for delivery, specifically paying for a premium delivery service. Delivery personnel claimed there was no hardware to assemble the bed, and someone else would need to come out days later to finish the job. They also mentioned that the company only allows them 15 minutes for this service, including assembly. It has been weeks, and no one has come to bring the hardware. I am concerned about safety, especially with a child in the house. I’ve tried reaching customer support but have only encountered automated responses. I feel completely ignored and frustrated. I want a refund for the delivery service fee and the hardware so I can find someone else to help. I should have heeded the negative reviews before purchasing.

A Frustrating Experience

What a nightmare with the company! I ordered a power recliner that was supposed to be delivered within a specific time frame, but it did not arrive. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, only to receive unhelpful responses. They keep saying they cannot cancel my order. The last representative assured me someone would call back, but that never happened. If you want a trustworthy company, avoid this one.

Mixed Feelings About My Purchase

We were able to buy a nice bookshelf at a good price and quality. Our salesperson was great in helping us find what we needed. However, when checking out, we were charged for a cleaning kit that we thought was a free gift. We should have reviewed the receipt sooner, but we didn’t. When we called for assistance, we were told nothing could be done as it was past the return period. We haven't used the kit and don’t need it. We are mainly upset that we were misled about it being a free gift, especially considering our tight budget.

Terrible Experience with Unfulfilled Order

I ordered and paid in full over $2,000 for a sofa, but it was never delivered as promised. The store has essentially stolen my money. The sales staff keeps lying about guaranteed delivery. Traumatizing Experience at the Store

I am writing this not just as a dissatisfied customer but as someone deeply shaken by my experience. What should have been a pleasant day turned into a traumatic ordeal for my family. The store was empty when we arrived, and we quickly chose a few items. However, when I requested not to be added to marketing lists, the salesperson reacted aggressively, yelling and causing my children to cry. This public humiliation left us emotionally distressed. I have since learned that others have complained about this salesperson, and I am considering pursuing legal action for emotional distress. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge potential customers to be cautious.
