Delivery personnel claimed there was no hardware to assemble the bed, and someone else would need to come out days later to finish the job. They also mentioned that the company only allows them 15 minutes for this service, including assembly. It has been weeks, and no one has come to bring the hardware. I am concerned about safety, especially with a child in the house. I’ve tried reaching customer support but have only encountered automated responses. I feel completely ignored and frustrated.
