I ordered and paid in full over $2,000 for a sofa, but it was never delivered as promised. The store has essentially stolen my money. The sales staff keeps lying about guaranteed delivery. They entered incorrect customer information, which is not my issue. I strongly advise avoiding this store; they are dishonest and a scam!
