I am writing this not just as a dissatisfied customer but as someone deeply shaken by my experience. What should have been a pleasant day turned into a traumatic ordeal for my family. The store was empty when we arrived, and we quickly chose a few items. However, when I requested not to be added to marketing lists, the salesperson reacted aggressively, yelling and causing my children to cry. This public humiliation left us emotionally distressed. I have since learned that others have complained about this salesperson, and I am considering pursuing legal action for emotional distress. This behavior is unacceptable, and I urge potential customers to be cautious.
