I purchased a new sectional for living…

I purchased a new sectional for living room-delivered last November. I also purchased a bad base-massage for our bedroom. There is a tear in the ottoman with the chair-also the bed base is NOT working-it will not shut off unless I unplug it! I have called Customer Service about five times-to no avail-they do not call back to set up a visit to help with these issues. I'm ready to return everything! Good grief! Don't you care about your customers? Your products? I am very upset!
