Can I give Ashley less than a 1 Star review? If I could, that's what I'd give Ashley. I'll save you all the details of my 7 months of drama trying to get the correct bedroom furniture and just say it continues to either be damaged or wrong, and we can't get a single person who has the power to do anything about it to talk to us or tell us the truth. I've gone through all of their official channels seeking help and still can't get my correct dresser mirror or a refund. Looking at all the other reviews, it's obvious Ashley doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their products. It's sad how little pride they take in their furniture and customer service considering how much advertising and boasting they do. Seems like it'd be cheaper to just deliver what you promise and let word of mouth work for you instead of almost 95% against you.Bottom line: Do NOT buy from Ashley. Do NOT trust anything a manager or sales person tells you in the store or customer service tells you online. If you do, you will end up out a lot of money and have nothing buy crappy, damaged furniture to show for it - if you even get your furniture at all. I really don't know how their executives sleep at night knowing how many thousands and thousands of customers they continue to rip off.
