Ashley sells cheaply made imported furniture and has zero customer service. They don't care to resolve any issue, whether you call or go back to the store. Once the sale is made and you walk out the door they want nothing to do with you. They should post "All Sales Final".Our ottoman was delivered defective. The top cushion was attached cockeyed and the cheap foam filling dented in (from resting your feet on) after only a month! The couch cushions were the same- "butt" indents after such a short time! ( and we are not obese people) It looked like crap.There was no re-fluffing them either, not that we should have had to do that.So after less than a year it went to the landfill. The bottom line is: don't even consider buying from this terrible store! The prices are high but the quality is extremely low!
