If I could give a 0 review for this company, I would! Purchased new leather furniture (2 recliners and a sleeper sofa) from Ashley Home Store back in February 2022, numerous times I was told a different delivery date. Finally, I went in person to the store in June and was told the original recliners I had purchased were discontinued and no one informed me, this was their original excuse as to why my delivery date kept changing. So I chose 2 different recliners to update my order. They said "now everything is in stock we will have all 3 pieces delivered on June 12th. So, the night before I discard my old furniture to make room for the delivery. Next morning, I receive a call that the delivery truck broke down and cannot deliver until the next week, leaving me to sit on the floor for over a week. Due to this huge inconvenience, they agreed to remove the delivery charge. The next week the 2 recliners were delivered, but no sleeper sofa! I go back to the store and ask why was I told all three pieces were ready when they were not? It was then I was told the sleeper sofa was not going to be available for delivery until mid-August! So, I go back to the store in August and ask about the sofa and the delivery charge? The sleeper sofa was finally delivered on August 13th. Literally two weeks later the inner frame holding the the bed to the sofa completely broke off. Leaving me with a couch I could not sit on. I had to contact Furniture Repair through Ashley to have it repaired, and it didn't get fixed until Halloween! I went back the store AGAIN to ask why the delivery charge has not been credited back, I was told it is in the system it just takes a while to process, so they credited me an extra 200 for the inconvenience. I was officially given credit for the 200 on my statement in November. However, December's statement came and still no delivery charge credit. I literally just got off the phone with customer service and was told I agreed to the 200 credit only! this is a flat out LIE! I genuinely don't think I have ever had worse customer service in my entire adulthood! I have been toyed with for months now, and customer service said I have to go to the store yet AGAIN and take it up with them! I will NEVER buy from this company again!
