I am extremely disappointed with the service from the company. When I bought my bedroom set, the store manager assured me they had "plenty in stock" and that delivering the complete set by my deadline would be no issue. I specifically required this set for out-of-town guests during the holiday season.
The Series of Issues:
• 12/19/25: The night before my delivery, I got a message saying my headboard "did not arrive." I was asked to accept a partial delivery, despite their assurance that it was available when I made the purchase.
• The Delay: I was informed that the headboard was on "extended delay" until December 27th—after my guests had already arrived.
• 12/28/25: It is now a day past that new deadline, and I still do not have a complete bed.
• Damaged Items: To add to the frustration, when some parts for the headboard finally arrived, they were visibly damaged. I am left with broken pieces and an incomplete bed while my guests are staying with me.
Lack of Responsibility: I contacted them to express how disappointing and inconvenient this situation is. Even after discussing with another manager, the only solution provided was a refund on the delivery fees. Unfortunately, that charge still hasn’t been reversed.
This feels like a typical bait-and-switch: assuring the customer that it’s in stock to make the sale, then failing to deliver when it counts. With the misleading stock claims, damaged items, and a complete lack of accountability from management, this has been a dreadful experience. If you have a strict deadline or expect transparency, I recommend avoiding this company.
