My experience is similar to other reviewers receiving terrible quality products that are misrepresented on their website. For example, a "cocktail dress" that I ordered was a jumper with shorts, not a dress. When I contacted customer service to return the items, they make it nearly impossible and take no responsibility for the misleading descriptions of their products, despite the photographic evidence that I provided per their request. I have been emailing their customer service rep, clearly an AI bot, every day for a week and they still have not provided the address to the warehouse in China to ship the products back. They try to convince you to exchange the items for something else, which I have no interest in because their products are such poor quality. I know that I may only get a small fraction of my money back at this point, but that is better than this company keeping all of my money for such a terrible experience with awful products. Do not waste your money on these poor quality products from a company that has no intention of making its customers happy with their purchase.
