I bought shoes that were too small and color not as expected...
A replacement would not work becuse they were way too wide on my foot and way too short. A larger size would not solve width problem.

I saw on webpage that they had a 30 day money back guarantee...just return your unworn item within 30 days...
This is from email I received about doing a return...

"If you’d rather not go with a replacement, the only alternative would be to return the package to our supplier’s warehouse in Asia. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs are at your expense, and once the package is received, a $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund. Because the package goes through international shipping and customs, this process can take quite some time and carries the risk of delays or even loss. We cannot accept responsibility if the package does not arrive safely."
So deceptive and I wouldn't purchase anything from this company.

Bad quality and service

The dress that I ordered looked nothing like what turned up. It was approximately $110. When I tried to reach out to the company in order to return it that process became very complicated. I was offered to order something else, however the ability to do that never happen. I will never order anything from them again. Stay away. Their products might look nice online, but they do not look like that in real life. Just like most of the stuff that comes from China.

DO NOT order from this company!

My experience is the same as all of the reviews here. The dress looks nothing like what I ordered. When I requested a return and refund, I was told I was responsible for shipping costs, it would have to go to Asia, and could get lost. DO NOT order from this company. They did offer a 60% off discount which I will not be using.

I looked at reviews before ordering from this company and most sounded favorable. Once I ordered and waited and waited and saw it was coming from an international company I knew I had been duped. I can’t even describe how terrible the quality is, nothing I received looks anything like what I ordered from online through Pinterest site. It is all a piece of trash that I won’t ever wear and will just toss out. DONOT ORDER from this company. I know better than to even try for a refund but I will email customer support and tell them how bad this is!!!! So discouraged and disappointed!

Cheap items, not as described, not sized properly.

Wow! I just wish I had read the reviews before I dropped $200 on their winter sale. The shoes are not sized correctly at all. I even ordered up, and they are too small. I haven't started the refund process, but will immediately. I am going to dispute the charge with AmEx and hope for the best. Pinterest should not advertise with garbage companies.

Poor quality product, not what’s advertised!

This whole experience has been a nightmare. Over two weeks to come from mainland China and the product doesn’t even look like it shows in the picture on the website. Cheaply made garment that I don’t think I’ll ever wear. If I want to send it back, I need to send it to China, which cost more than what I paid for the product of $89. I don’t think it’s worth maybe 10 or $15 max. Talk to a correspondent a couple of times during the 2+ weeks for it to get here and they assured me everything was going to be great. It’s not! Don’t buy products from this company. Everything comes from mainland China and there’s no way to return it unless you want to get hooked for the bill. Please avoid wasting your time and money on this website’s products.

Inaccurate product descriptions, Terrible quality

My experience is similar to other reviewers receiving terrible quality products that are misrepresented on their website. For example, a "cocktail dress" that I ordered was a jumper with shorts, not a dress. When I contacted customer service to return the items, they make it nearly impossible and take no responsibility for the misleading descriptions of their products, despite the photographic evidence that I provided per their request. I have been emailing their customer service rep, clearly an AI bot, every day for a week and they still have not provided the address to the warehouse in China to ship the products back. They try to convince you to exchange the items for something else, which I have no interest in because their products are such poor quality. I know that I may only get a small fraction of my money back at this point, but that is better than this company keeping all of my money for such a terrible experience with awful products. Do not waste your money on these poor quality products from a company that has no intention of making its customers happy with their purchase.

Shoes were not accurately sized and too expensive to return

Shoes were not accurately sized and there was not way to return items without extra expense. This is a what I received in an email from the company when I requested a return:"Please be fully aware that this (returning an item) involves sending the item back to our warehouse in China at your own expense. Shipping costs for international returns are often quite high, and once the package arrives, a $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.Additionally, because the return goes through international carriers and customs, the process can take a long time and there is always the risk of the package being delayed, held, or even lost. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility if the package does not arrive safely.If you still wish to proceed under these conditions, please confirm this by reply"BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy - misleading photos on website and cheap quality

Wish I had researched this company before I bought from them via a Pinterest ad - looks like others have had the issues with quality and misleading photos. Item received was NOT what was shown on the website- ordered a dressy knit sweater on sale for $59.95 and instead received a cheap, velour-like sweatshirt that looked worn, color faded in several spots and no tags.When I emailed about a refund (included photos of the website and what I received, which was obviously not the same) was sent a basic reply with no mention of the discrepancy: We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your order. If you’d like to make a return, it would need to be sent back to our supplier’s warehouse in Asia. Please note that the shipping costs for this are at your expense, and once received, a $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. The return process can sometimes take quite a bit of time, and because it goes through international shipping and customs clearance, there is also a risk of delays along the way — so we just want you to be fully aware before deciding.Note: I received an immediate response when I sent the initial request (guessing it was AI) but when I replied and asked why I should pay return shipping/restocking fees since they misrepresented the item, received no response. Am guessing their model is to charge $59.95 and assume most customers will not want to pay return shipping to China and restocking fees. Sharing so others don’t waste their money!
