If I could give no STARS I would. I loved Ashley Stewart but I'm done with the company. My first clothing store credit card and it was an awful experience. I scheduled a payment and I received a confirmation number but that didn't matter to your customer service department. Because they couldn't see it in there database I was still charged a fee and I had already cancelled my card a month ago as well. The so called supervisor was extremely rude. I'm done with Ashley Stewart company I would be making any purchases in the future. There are too my plus size affordable company that are willing to work with there customer. I work for a Collection agency and we're always able to make arrangements for our customers. Ashley Stewart is not customer friendly!!!
