I sent items back to Ashley stewart, they received items on March 27th as of date they are refusing to refund my money. My next step Is filing with better business bureau. I've called several times they keep lying to me, I really need my $123.00

Before Ashley Stewart was purchased by another company I shopped online quite a bit. They had some really beautiful clothes I’m a Senior but I like to dress classy and stylish. This new line of clothing that they have I don’t like it it looks like clothes for my grandmother and I’m 75 years old. The new line of clothing does not appeal to me at all. I am truly disappointed.
I used to shop at Ashley Stewart for years. Their clothes used to be SHOW STOPPING! I have old outfits from them that I will wear and I never fail to feel plus sized and fierce. HOWEVER, now the selection is frumpy and of poor quality. Their clothes used to be so classy and now their clothing simply do not meet DIVA status anymore! I had a yearly tradition of purchasing tall black jeggings. I can no longer find them online anymore. They were the only jeggings that fit perfectly...so disappointed. I used to only ask for gift card from AS but no more. They should go ahead and close because no longer are the stores filled with us plus size girls racing to the racks to pull the beautiful clothes in our sizes. The stores are always empty and that is because this former "go to" store simply because has let us all down.
Do not and I repeat do not order anything from Ashley Stewart unless you sure you can fit it they have come up with a scam now to keep extra money from you on your refund if they pay for you to return your clothing they charge you $10 for return shipping on top of that they charge you an extra $9.95 for shipping, what the hell is that return shipping and then shipping shipping is shipping regardless of where you are returning it to so they charging you $10 for returning it and then charge you $9.95 for the shipping fee so basically they charge on you because you want to return it what kind of mess is that they have never done that I have been shopping with Ashley Stewart online for over 5 years and never paid twice for shipping now they come up with the scam the charger $10 for returning it and $9.95 for shipping so basically they are punishing you because you want to return something
Buyer beware! Especially if you need an item quickly. I ordered on Feb. 17th and chose the expedited shipping referenced 2-3 business days, with the understanding I was receiving my item on Feb. 19th or 20th. Fair assumption right? Wrong!! I was told the expedited shipping does not mean you get your item in 2-3 days (as stated on the order page). When I called customer service I was told that 2-3 days meant preparing for shipping. It didn’t suggest anything to that effect on any part of the website. Therefore, I have no choice but to think they were purposely misleading to get $25 from customers who need an item quickly. So! Again, buyer, beware of your timeline if you choose to purchase from them online. Their shipping promises are not what they seem!
Don't know that they can improve. I purchased something and returned it through FedEx. They charged me s late fee and $2.99@ month for paper bills. They finally credited me for the return. So I asked for credit for the late fee and $2.99 paper bills. The associate told me I wouldn't have these problems if I paid my bill on time. Really Really. They had an 80% sign in the window...nope nope nope.

Comenity Bank/Ashley Stewart calling customer service is HORRIBLE! First of all I was charged a late fee of $30 with $2 interest added to that on my account that had a balance of $32.60 that I paid in full on due date. Called to get the charge reversed because I shouldn't have received a late fee and they offered me $15! What!!!!! I don't use the card probably once a year if that, never late on payments so I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on twice! I have multiple cards with them and I will close each one of them for this!! WHY?? I will never pay this late fee it's ridiculous!!!!
