I placed an order for some items that were 50% off. I tracked the package and it said it was delivered to my front door. Needless to say it was not. I called customer service and they said I had to wait 4 days before I could file a claim. I waited a week, still no package. When I checked the tracking my package which was suppose to have been delivered to my "front door" was on its way back to the warehouse because of insufficient addressing... not so. I called and was told they saw the same thing, but couldn't reship a duplicate order. That I would have to place the order again only at the now 25% off pricing and once the order was placed they would do a price match. Well if I can't trust them to get it right the first time, I don't think I'm going to give them another $100.00 and wait 15 days for nothing. I ALSO HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 Days to receive my refund!!! If they really wanted to make amends, they would have re-shipped my order, overnighted the package and honored my original discount. This is my FIRST and LAST time shopping online with them. I'll stick with ELOQUII they handle things in a much better way!Signed,Very Disappointed!!
