I placed an order online around 5:50am. I realized I needed to use a different payment method so around 7am I attempted to cancel the order. There was not an option to cancel my order so I had to send an email to inquire about it. I was told they don't do cancellations even though my order has not shipped yet. Then I was told by an associate and a supervisor that if I had called to cancel within 30 minutes, then it would have been cancelled. I asked was that policy communicated online and I was told no because Ashley Stewart doesn't cancel orders. I have never heard of a business that does not allow a customer to cancel an order. This is the highest form of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been ordering from them and shopping at their store for years but I think I may find another place to shop.
