This place has become horrible. I placed an order of 9 items. I didn't realise that my address did a automatic change until after I pushed it through. I called sat on the phone waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes for them to tell me I was told I couldn't make any changes to the wrong address to the correct one. 3 days later I get an email that said shipped but less 5 of my items which were all of the items that were on sale and still no cancellation because "YOU" can't make any changes. She says because it shipped which is not true. The shipping label had been made but the post office had not received the package. I prefer to take that small hit on my credit to close my account with this company 3 strikes I'm out.
