I placed orders online. They failed to process my order for more than 2 weeks until I threatened to cancel. I placed a 2nd smaller order on 12/31 yo find my money collected but my order still not processed3 days later its still not shown on their site. They have the worst online services that I have ever used. I would be sad to fail because inside processing can not keep up.
