I actually love Ashley Stewart’s clothes and never had a problem with them until now. I ordered a shirt on June 14th that I wanted to wear for an event on June 29th. I noticed I never got updates on shipping or any communication. I even emailed them and they never replied. I then called today (June 24th) to get the status of my order. The rep told me that they are changing warehouses and so all shipments are delayed starting June 12Th and he can’t guarantee I’ll get my shirt in time. I told him that I don’t have a problem with the delay but I think the website should have warned there would be delays or when we are about to checkout. He then said there was an announcement on the website on June 12th. I stated maybe there was but I ordered it on June 14th so u didn’t see it. He then got mouthy and said, “Maybe you overlooked it then.”No updates, no explanation, if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known anything, and then when I call I get crappy customer service.
