The quality of the shoes is impressive, and the leather is even better than I anticipated for the price. I had some concerns after reading reviews about shipping times, and while the delivery wasn't the fastest, the product arrived and matched the description. Communication with the customer service could be clearer, but the overall outcome was positive. It was such a good experience that I find myself still thinking about it.
