I ordered a pair of luxury shoes, but they arrived with no brand label. The soles are dark brown, and inside is just a number. A card in Chinese was included. They are made of hard plastic and have a strong chemical smell. These shoes came from overseas! I need a full refund as they are not what I ordered.
