Istarted researching a trip to Vietnam back in 2019 and selected AsiaPioneer (then known as IndochinaPioneer). was put in contact with project manager Elly Do. From the beginning I knew I found the right company because Elly was extremely responsive and eager to accommodate all of my wishes. Together we built a fantastic itinerary at a very reasonable price. Then covid hit and the world shut down. We had to put off this trip for 3 years and we were finally able to go this March. During the last year we changed our itinerary significantly and added Thailand to the original itinerary of Vietnam and Cambodia. This was no problem for Elly and she rearranged everything. We even challenged her with some adventurous requests (paragliding, helicopter ride and a hot air balloon ride) that were all granted!She is truly an amazing professional who does everything she can to provide the perfect experience! She even met us out on the first night with welcoming gifts for us! If you are on the fence about this company then worry no longer! You'll be lucky to travel with Asia Pioneer and have Elly as your tour manager! THANK YOU ELLY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!The tour itself ran PERFECTLY! Every guide and driver we had along the way were amazing. Always on time and always eager to make your experience memorable, so if you wanted to change something in the itinerary it wasn't an issue! Every van we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable and they all provided cold bottled water on those extremely hot days. The hotels we chose were fantastic! He went above and beyond and even helped get me medicines when I became sick for 24hrs.
