their customer service was great whenever i rang from my pakistani number they instantly answered and told me the status of my parcel. TCS had issues finding my house but eventually delivered my parcel. i have given asim jofa 2 stars only because of their great customer service otherwise they would have had 1 star for the clothes quality and resemblance to pictures sold. material was not enough to make the same design as shown in pictures online. (for a tall person). also missing some of the embroidered lace on dupatta for a suit. i would not order from asim jofa again. the suits were okay but it was not what was sold in the pictures.
