I bought a suit from a well-known brand while I was overseas, and upon receiving it, I was extremely disappointed. I spent over 9000, but the material quality is very poor. The suit was supposed to be shocking pink, but I received it in purple instead. Moreover, the shirt in the picture was long, while the one I got is much shorter. Given the brand's reputation, I expected much better quality and am truly let down by this experience.
I purchased three silk suits, and all of them had issues. One was poorly stitched, with one side of the shirt hanging down and four inches longer than the other. I have been trying to reach their support team for months, but they have been unresponsive and have not resolved any of my concerns. It's a disappointing experience, and I advise against wasting your money or time on this brand.
They seem to have no issue taking money but provide no service. They leave messages on read and claim to be busy, making no effort to address my concerns. I've been waiting for 15 days for either my parcel or a refund, but I've received no communication. This will be my last purchase with them.
My experience with this brand was completely unsatisfactory. I did not receive the correct product; the wrong color and design were sent, and the quality was substandard. Customer service was unresponsive to my calls and messages. I spent my hard-earned money, but I never got what I ordered. I would strongly advise against making any purchases from this brand.
