Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences!On the 9th of August, my partner and I went to the Asisa office to inquire about health insurance and we chose the company to contract with. The lady in the office was nice and helpful and answered all our questions.A few days later I got a phone call to finalise the contract and I also got informed that all treatment related to a surgery I had 2 years ago and confirmed that since the surgery I do not have any issues with, will be excluded from my coverage. Although yes, I initially agreed to proceed over the phone, when they sent me the email to e-sign the contract, I discussed it with my partner and I was considering cancelling our contract. I opened the form, but I didn't sign it, I didn't even have an option to do it. Yet, shortly after I received a confirmation email that I signed it.On the 19th of August, I sent an email to customer service expressing my concerns regarding the signature, by then I was sure I didn't want to go through with the contract and since I had no response anyway to my email, I sent one more on the 21st of August that I would like to cancel the contract.On the 22nd of August, I sent an email to the lady who was taking care of us in the office, who told me I needed to wait for customer service to reply. Finally on the 23rd of August I received an email from CS, asking for additional information to proceed further with my request which I immediately provided. To date on the 1st of September, I still didn't receive any reply from them and of course I have been charged for the monthly fee. I expressed my wish days before the charge was due hoping we could end this before it even starts. Very unprofessional treatmentMy case number I think is #14691950.Update: today on the 5th of September I still don’t have a reply to my email where I provided all the additional information they asked from me on the 23rd August.
