I have an insurance with Asisa. I had 4 tests done, and they tried to charge me 140euros. I inquired about the cost since I believe they had to charge me less than half of that. I talked to this guy in credit colletion and I asked him to break the cost for me and he just said that it was clear to him that I didn't want to pay cause I should know what incurred those charges since I had only got the tests done a month earlier. I called 5 more times asking for a break down of the charges and none of them had any idea of what they were charging me for. I escalated the issue with the management team and they had made a mistake, they were charging me for a test I hadn't undertaken... Always check the charges and don't be intimidated by the rude credit collection team!!!
