Disgraceful experience! False advertising for the product. I was excited to give this to my great niece for Christmas, but it’s nothing like what you show on TV. Shame on you! Do you even care? People have fixed incomes and you take advantage of them. I want my money back! I didn’t receive confirmation of my order, only a charge to my credit card. I may have accidentally placed another order. Please check that. I tried calling but waited too long and hung up. I’m so disappointed and hurt by this.
