First of all the dog looks/acts nothing like advertised, anyone who would mistake this for a real dog needs to get their eyes checked as they definitely can not see! There is a round metal plate that has no purpose that I can tell that came with it. (?) There was no remote control with it either. Nothing but the little bitty dog that just goes around barking like crazy! I am very disappointed as it looked so cute when advertised on the television. I could not even get a full refund on the one I got, and you even sent me another one that I did not order! I’m thinking BBA hasn’t been contacted about this or there would be no more dogs sold!
Initially, it took 31 days to arrive when they promised 5 to 9 days. This has been the worst purchase I've ever made. The item is cheap, flimsy, and ineffective, even when sitting directly beneath it. It's utterly worthless; my old fan outperforms it. I was misled by positive reviews claiming it cools a room, which turned out to be false. Don't waste your money—it's completely disappointing. When I attempted to reach out for support, the site I found was nonexistent.
This product is nothing short of a scam! The marketing is misleading! This small item only performs one function and nothing beyond that. You switch it on, and it keeps going until you turn it off. It's even smaller than depicted. Certainly not worth the price, and it should be categorized as a cute little toy valued at around $5. I would like to request a refund and am willing to return it if necessary.
I reached out regarding an error in my order and some minor damage. They disconnected the call. I attempted to use their chat but couldn't get connected. Eventually, I emailed and received multiple requests for photos, showing a lack of concern for customer service. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Disgraceful experience! False advertising for the product. I was excited to give this to my great niece for Christmas, but it’s nothing like what you show on TV. Shame on you! Do you even care? People have fixed incomes and you take advantage of them. I want my money back! I didn’t receive confirmation of my order, only a charge to my credit card. I may have accidentally placed another order. Please check that. I tried calling but waited too long and hung up. I’m so disappointed and hurt by this.
Woofie- merely a child's toy, at worst a scam. The original site claims the 'Woofie' is AI responsive, interactive, rechargeable, sits, runs, barks, and more. What I received was an 11cm toy that is not interactive, battery-powered, goes in circles, squeaks, and is made in China. This is at best misrepresentation and at worst a total scam. What a deceptive company.
